Our Story
John D’Silva, an immigrant from India who grew up in poverty, always had a vision to live out the “American Dream” while making a lasting positive impact. With this vision, he founded Web City Properties in his home garage, focusing on helping Texas families find quality, affordable housing. John’s innovative model boosted homeownership in underserved communities, transforming hundreds of homes and enriching lives.
