Established in 2005, Web City Properties is a dynamic, vertically-integrated real estate investment company specializing in residential properties in Southern Dallas-Fort Worth. Our Story
Web City Properties was founded by John D’Silva, an Indian immigrant who grew up in poverty and dreamed from afar of achieving the “American Dream.” He moved to the United States in the 1970s and found success in real estate, outworking the competition and investing in areas no one dared go. His incredible foresight and vision brought him massive success and in 2005 he started Web City Properties to capitalize on opportunities in underinvested areas of southern Dallas.
Once again, he found great success and Web City Properties has continued to grow every year since. John also founded a nonprofit and gave away thousands of dollars to assist families living in poverty and to educate and empower individuals to build generational wealth. John passed away in 2020, but his family and Web City Properties continue to grow his legacy every day.

Jordan D’Silva is the CEO of Web City Properties, a family-owned and operated real estate investment firm focused on single-family rentals, value-add multifamily, and residential development in southern Dallas and surrounding areas. Web City Properties has 14 full-time employees and over 50M in assets under management.
Web City Properties was started by Jordan’s father, John D’Silva, in 2005. John was an immigrant who came to the United States from India in the 1970s and built multiple businesses from the ground up before starting Web City Properties in Dallas with the intention to buy, rehab, sell, and rent single-family homes in southern Dallas. He grew the business to 500+ properties over 15 years before passing away in 2020. Jordan D’Silva took over after his passing and has worked to pivot the company’s investment strategy into multifamily and development opportunities.
Jordan hopes to grow Web City Properties by acquiring larger multifamily value-add opportunities and developing market and mixed-income multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout Texas. Jordan intends to grow Web City Properties property management capacity while building an in-house construction management team. Jordan is actively seeking to partner with other operators, experienced developers, and capital partners to gain experience and provide value leveraging his own capital, company resources, and connections.
Jordan is also passionate about creating social impact in Dallas, starting a nonprofit to work with local organizations and entrepreneurs to create grassroot level solutions to systemic problems impacting the community. He has consulted with 3+ entrepreneurs, created multiple partnerships with local housing organizations to provide support services, and is poised to lead an immigrant business incubation program in Spring 2023.
Jordan is a partner with Social Venture Partners Dallas where he consults with other nonprofits alongside other members. Jordan is also a member of the Dana Juett residency, a program designed to educate and empower young professionals to maximize their local impact. Jordan is also on the associate boards for the Dallas Entrepreneur Center and United Way Emerging Leaders.

In her current role, Tania is responsible for executing the hiring process, helping to develop and strategize for improvements and changes in processes and procedures, researching and reporting for various areas of the company, and managing contractors and ongoing projects.
Tania is passionate about creating a positive impact in the community and helping others learn more about how to accomplish personal growth in their professional endeavors. Her goal is to continue growing with the company and to be a valuable member of the management team. Her skills have helped her develop good relationships in the industry and take leadership in several new projects, making her a great addition to the team.

She began her career at the company as an Accounting Assistant, and was later promoted to Office Manager in 2016. In her role, Nancy is responsible for supporting company operations by supervising employees, keeping management informed by doing and reviewing special reports, and delegating responsibilities to the appropriate employees.
One of Nancy’s goals is to make good memories with her children, and she also strives to create the best working environment for her team. Nancy has strong leadership skills and brings a strong background in accounting, as she graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Accounting in December 2013.
Nancy’s personal values include fairness, gratitude, and family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to the beach and the mountains, and watching her son play soccer.

Elinor’s passion is to help people find their future home by providing them a great customer service experience and by being a leading hand as our customers go thorough the transaction process.
Elinor brings a unique skill set to the team, being bilingual and a Licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator. She also has over 16 years of administrative work experience, having worked as a legal assistant before joining Web City Properties. Elinor holds a BA in Office Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico (1999) and an MBA in Human Resources from Universidad del Turabo in Caguas, Puerto Rico (2007).
