Her day-to-day involves meeting with clients and marketing the properties to bring in new clients. Angela’s passion for nonprofit work and helping people has been a major factor in her success as a sales representative. Her friendly and personable approach to clients has helped her sell many properties for the company and she has become a trusted resource for her clients.

Angela’s personal values of generosity and helpfulness are reflected in her work and she takes great pride in helping her clients find the perfect property. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and teaching people about beauty and self-care.

Cecilia is a Collections Agent at Web City Properties, where she has been working since 2013. In her role, she updates people’s accounts as payments are received and due. Cecilia’s goal is to keep expanding her real estate knowledge and share her expertise to help people accomplish their real estate goals.

Cecilia brings a strong skill set to her role, including expert negotiation, bilingual capabilities and extensive administrative experience.

Personal values that drive Cecilia include being responsible, dependable, and friendly. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, taking her two huskies Leo and Lucca on walks, going to concerts and hiking.

Teresa Soriano

Leasing Representative

Teresa is a highly skilled and dedicated employee at Web City Properties, where she holds the position of Real Estate Assistant and Leasing Representative. In her role, Teresa is responsible for answering calls, managing maintenance work orders, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts. She is also a valuable asset to new and current tenants, providing guidance and support throughout the initial leasing process. Teresa’s passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others is evident in her daily work, and she is known for her ability to handle escalations with grace and efficiency.

With a skill set that includes fluency in both English and Spanish, Teresa is able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients. Her over 8 years of experience in sales and customer service, along with her time at Web City Properties since 2018, have honed her skills and helped her with her role. Teresa’s personal values of integrity, generosity, and open-mindedness align well with the company’s culture and have helped her to build a successful career. She is always looking for new opportunities to grow and improve her skills, and is dedicated to helping others do the same

Elinor Fonseca

Transaction Coordinator

Elinor joined Web City Properties in 2016 as a Transaction Coordinator and has been a valuable asset to the company ever since. Her role includes reviewing rental applications, going through the leasing process to ensure a smooth and easy experience for customers, and analyzing insurance escrows for each property to ensure accuracy . Elinor’s passion is to help people find their future home by providing them a great customer service experience and by being a leading hand as our customers go thorough the transaction process.

Elinor brings a unique skill set to the team, being bilingual and a Licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator. She also has over 16 years of administrative work experience, having worked as a legal assistant before joining Web City Properties. Elinor holds a BA in Office Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico (1999) and an MBA in Human Resources from Universidad del Turabo in Caguas, Puerto Rico (2007).

Elinor’s personal values, which she demonstrates in her work ethic and personal life, include loyalty, respect and honesty. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies with her kids, spending time with her family, and making treats and desserts.

Norma Rodriguez

Accounting Assistant

Norma has been working at Web City Properties as an Accounting Assistant since 2019 . She is responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations for all accounts and creating reports for management.

Norma’s passion for accounting is evident in her role at Web City Properties as she always strives for excellence in all her work duties. Norma is currently working on achieving her goal of obtaining a BS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

In her free time, Norma enjoys listening to music, working out, traveling, and exploring new places. She values creativity and honesty, and is always looking for ways to improve and grow both professionally and personally.

Brandon Lim

Brandon is a CPA at Web City Properties, where he has been a valued employee since 2012. With his extensive education and experience, Brandon is a valuable asset to the Web City Properties team. In his role, Brandon reviews financials and prepares tax returns for the company. He is passionate about real estate investment and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the table, with qualifications in GAAP, Accounting Rules, IRC, and tax returns, as well as a CPA license.

Brandon holds an MS in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Accounting from the University of Oregon. He values courage and transparency in his work and personal life, and in his free time, he enjoys reading books and strolling with his dog.

Nancy Vargas

Nancy is the Office Manager at Web City Properties, where she has been working since 2014. She began her career at the company as an Accounting Assistant, and was later promoted to Office Manager in 2016. In her role, Nancy is responsible for supporting company operations by supervising employees, keeping management informed by doing and reviewing special reports, and delegating responsibilities to the appropriate employees.

One of Nancy’s goals is to make good memories with her children, and she also strives to create the best working environment for her team. Nancy has strong leadership skills and brings a strong background in accounting, as she graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Accounting in December 2013.

Nancy’s personal values include fairness, gratitude, and family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to the beach and the mountains, and watching her son play soccer.

Adriana Escalante

Property Manager

Adriana has been working in the property management industry for the past 9 years, starting as a leasing agent and working her way up to a Property Manager at Web City Properties. She joined the company in 2016 and has held various positions such as administrative assistant, loan processor, accounting assistant, and operations assistant before being promoted to her current role in 2023.

Adriana is known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, making her a valuable asset to the Web City Properties team. Her passion for personal growth and her goal to once again work in the multi-family property management industry drives her to excel in her day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing rental properties, problem solving, and managing tenant relations.

In her free time, Adriana enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and three dogs, as well as visiting her extended family in Mexico. She values organization, balance, and a work smarter, not harder mentality, which aligns with her personal values of family and work.

Tania Garcia

Tania joined Web City Properties in 2019 as an Executive Assistant and quickly proved herself as a valuable asset to the team. In 2022, she was promoted to Operations Manager. In her current role, Tania is responsible for executing the hiring process, helping to develop and strategize for improvements and changes in processes and procedures, researching and reporting for various areas of the company, and managing contractors and ongoing projects.

Tania is passionate about creating a positive impact in the community and helping others learn more about how to accomplish personal growth in their professional endeavors. Her goal is to continue growing with the company and to be a valuable member of the management team. Her skills have helped her develop good relationships in the industry and take leadership in several new projects, making her a great addition to the team.

Tania is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas where she majored in Communications and Digital Media. She has over 5 years of experience in management and customer service roles. Her core values include transparency, trust, and a positive attitude.

In her free time, Tania enjoys traveling, going to concerts, taking pictures, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog.
