Web City Properties was founded in 2005 by John D’Silva, an Indian immigrant who came to the United States in search of a better life. After starting in Southern California, he moved to Dallas and found his niche in southern Dallas, using creative financing to make homeownership possible for families the banks wouldn’t serve. Over 15 years, John helped more than 500 households achieve homeownership and founded a nonprofit that brought resources directly to Web City residents.
When John passed away in 2020, his son, Jordan D’Silva, took the helm to grow the business and carry the mission forward. Under Jordan’s leadership, Web City has expanded into flex development, multifamily investments, and third-party construction, while growing the nonprofit’s reach with education, healthcare and food security programs.
