Our Story
“Web City Properties was founded by John D’Silva, an Indian immigrant who grew up in poverty and dreamed from afar of achieving the “American Dream.” He moved to the United States in the 1970s and found success in real estate, outworking the competition and investing in underserved, overlooked neighborhoods. His incredible foresight, vision, and grit brought him success and in 2005, he started Web City Properties to invest in housing in the southern sector of Dallas-Fort Worth.
He grew Web City to incredible heights and started a nonprofit to give back to the community and to people like him. In 2020, John passed away and his son, Jordan D’Silva took over with a mission to scale the company to new heights with a focus on quality, excellent service, and community impact through quality workforce rental housing.
Jordan continues to grow the company and Web City has seen record-setting growth over the last few years, with no end in sight to what can be accomplished.”

Jordan D’Silva is the CEO of Web City Properties, leading company strategy, operations, and team culture. Jordan is strong proponent of radical customer service, socially impactful investing, and best-in-class operational excellence.
Jordan has been CEO since 2020, leading Web City Properties to expand into a variety of new ventures, growing the team, and creating impact for Web City residents and the broader community.
Jordan is on the board of multiple local nonprofits and enjoys mentoring other socially impactful businessnes and volunteering in the community.

He has a heavy financial modeling and capital markets background. Cary has an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and lives in Richardson with his wife and two kids.
In his spare time, Cary enjoys hiking and gardening.

Tania joined Web City Properties in 2019 as an Executive Assistant and quickly proved herself as a valuable asset to the team. In 2025, she was promoted to Director of Property Management. In her current role, Tania is responsible for managing the property management team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tania is passionate about creating a positive impact in the community and helping others learn more about how to accomplish personal growth in their professional endeavors. Her goal is to continue growing with the company and to be a valuable member of the management team. Her skills have helped her develop good relationships in the industry and take leadership in several new projects, making her a great addition to the team.
Tania is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas where she majored in Communications and Digital Media. She has over 5 years of experience in management and customer service roles. Her core values include transparency, trust, and a positive attitude.
In her free time, Tania enjoys traveling, going to concerts, taking pictures, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog.

In her role, Nancy is responsible for supporting company operations by supervising employees, keeping management informed by doing and reviewing special reports, and delegating responsibilities to the appropriate employees.
One of Nancy’s goals is to make good memories with her children, and she also strives to create the best working environment for her team. Nancy has strong leadership skills and brings a strong background in accounting, as she graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Accounting in December 2013.
Nancy’s personal values include fairness, gratitude, and family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to the beach and the mountains, and watching her son play soccer.

She is also a valuable asset to new and current tenants, providing guidance and support throughout the initial leasing process. Teresa’s passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others is evident in her daily work, and she is known for her ability to handle escalations with grace and efficiency.
With a skill set that includes fluency in both English and Spanish, Teresa is able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients. Her over 8 years of experience in sales and customer service, along with her time at Web City Properties since 2018, have honed her skills and helped her with her role.
