We focus on developing quality attainable housing through raw land development, entitlements, and infill new construction. This investment strategy capitalizes on the chronic undersupply of housing by creating a diverse mix of housing products targeting the underserved in growing areas that have been overlooked by other developers. We focus on infill multifamily development in underserved urban markets and build-to-rent and build-to-sale in secondary and tertiary markets. Using our in-house construction team and experience operating in these markets, we have the upper hand to finding the best deals and executing with precision.
