With over 12 years of bilingual experience and 3 years in U.S. property management, Ale plays a pivotal role in supporting residents while contributing to the company’s rent collection and mortgage financing strategies. She is passionate about affordable housing, delivering exceptional service, and building stronger communities.
Outside of work, Ale volunteers as an English teacher, leads free fitness sessions for K–12 girls, and practices yoga.
