She also has over 16 years of administrative work experience, having worked as a legal assistant before joining Web City Properties. Elinor holds a BA in Office Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico (1999) and an MBA in Human Resources from Universidad del Turabo in Caguas, Puerto Rico (2007).

He is passionate about real estate investment and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the table, with qualifications in GAAP, Accounting Rules, IRC, and tax returns, as well as a CPA license.
Brandon holds an MS in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Accounting from the University of Oregon. He values courage and transparency in his work and personal life, and in his free time, he enjoys reading books and strolling with his dog.
Nancy is the Office Manager at Web City Properties, where she has been working since 2014. She began her career at the company as an Accounting Assistant, and was later promoted to Office Manager in 2016. In her role, Nancy is responsible for supporting company operations by supervising employees, keeping management informed by doing and reviewing special reports, and delegating responsibilities to the appropriate employees.
One of Nancy’s goals is to make good memories with her children, and she also strives to create the best working environment for her team. Nancy has strong leadership skills and brings a strong background in accounting, as she graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Accounting in December 2013.

Adriana has been working in the property management industry for the past 9 years, starting as a leasing agent and working her way up to a Property Manager at Web City Properties. She joined the company in 2016 and has held various positions such as administrative assistant, loan processor, accounting assistant, and operations assistant before being promoted to her current role in 2023.
Adriana is known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, making her a valuable asset to the Web City Properties team. Her passion for personal growth and her goal to once again work in the multi-family property management industry drives her to excel in her day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing rental properties, problem solving, and managing tenant relations.
